In November 2009 my wife and I bought a house in Lower Plenty with a large pool in a terraced area with no pool fence. A reputable pool builder referred Big Johns Pool Fencing Company to us.

John turned up punctually after our initial phone call & gave us confidence right from the start. We knew we needed glass to set off the area aesthetically, but needed guidance as to the look & shape etc. After looking around the area John came up with great ideas & suggestions as to which fence would enhance the area & be affordable to us. Measurements were taken & a few days later we had quotes on three options and a design that we were happy with. After comparing prices with other companies we gave John the go ahead & his crew Mark & Craig turned up on the promised starting day!

As our pool area was all paved they had to drill through the tiles & into the concrete base to install the posts. They were set the same day with zero disruption to our terrace. The glass panels were delivered a few days later & fitted. Finally the gates were installed and the entire fence was completed on time & with no price variation. Mark, Craig & John were a pleasure to deal with & the result is spectacular. As well as being very professional & neat Mark & Craig were friendly, happy men to have around. Not only did they install a magnificent pool fence they also fixed up a lot of little things that needed doing in our back yard. They are able to do so many other jobs that can sometimes be tricky for the average homeowner! We will be using them in the future for small building projects that need doing around the home! Fences may be their forte, but they are certainly very capable in other areas!!

John was extremely accurate with his measuring as every glass panel fitted perfectly. We love our pool fence & would have no hesitation in recommending Big John & his crew. It was so great to have a team that does the whole job from initial design to completion.

They were very respectful and professional, they would knock on the door to announce their arrival and departure and when something didn't fit, they just took it away and fixed it, no hassles.
